I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service my wife and I received after bringing in our 2021 Fleetwood Bounder in on July 1st, 2026. Our rear axle mounting U-bolts had failed, causing the axle to rotate and misalign, which ultimately snapped the universal joint and caused the rear driveshaft to drop. We were in a complete panic, worried that our long-planned vacation to Georgia would be ruined. From the moment we arrived, your entire staff was nothing short of perfect. The front desk person was incredibly helpful and immediately eased our minds. We spoke with Phil right after the breakdown, and his calm, reassuring demeanor made us feel completely taken care of. He went above and beyond our expectations. Phil called the next morning to explain the repair plan, and we were back on the road by mid-afternoon that same day. Additionally, our service technician, Robbie, was excellent. He explained his work in detail and provided helpful recommendations for potential future maintenance. Thank you to your entire team for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Best regards, Shawn Munsen

Saw an Add on Instagram for them and showing their work. Had them do some maintenance work and add trailer brakes with some other accessories. Easy to schedule, good communication and fair pricing. Very happy. Made it very easy on me since I travel for work, they came to where the trailer is stored and got the job done. Thank you.

I bent my RV 5th wheel axle?! How?! Thank Goodness for Florida Spring & Axle! They did an amazing job and my rig feels brand new! They did a quality check with a second set of eyes before I rolled out ❀️ which made me feel safe for my next long haul! I’ll post a pic - damn sexy RV all shiny! I worked with Mike service counter guy and Mike mechanic man and Phil estimator and I met a few of the other parts/office folks - all pleasant, friendly and really good people. You get what you pay for! They itemize their work, provide transparency and timing, double check to ensure it is done right, they provide snacks, drinks and TV in a clean waiting room. This place is top notch. Thanks all! Oh and here’s an important note: they have plenty of room to turn around!

Went 2 them a week ago, had my broken driveshaft. They made me a new one from specs... Excellent Job thanks guys... The price I paid I feel was worth the quality service I got, for the agony I went through not being able to find one online I could trust, after ordering 2 that never fit ..They solved a month long issue I had, in 3 days. πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾 Highly recommend going and seeing them.
